Hi, I’m Nicole bennet!
I'm Nicole Bennett — MBA, RD, CSSD — and I've spent over 12 years solving exactly that problem, from the training tables of Big Ten programs to the field operations of Special Forces units, from elite collegiate wrestlers to high school athletes just beginning to understand what their bodies can do. I've worked with 24 sports, including combat sports. I've counseled athletes through eating disorders, weight-cutting crises, and the daily demands of being a two-sport high school student trying to keep up with everything at once.
I started my private practice because I saw too many talented athletes underperform, not from lack of discipline, but from lack of the right guidance. I wanted to bring the same evidence-based, athlete-first approach I used at the Division I level to every athlete who needs it, regardless of where they compete.
